Brandy McMillan best service rep ever

Brandy had my seat button replaced on my suv quickly. When she noticed that a rear bulb was out, she replaced it also without hesitation. I was on my way after a short time.

The Service Department at Nalley is exceptional.

I didn't have an experience- Lexus came and picked my car up just for a oil change. That is what i am talking about!! Great service for sure.. thanks

My Service Advisor, Bennett, is really great to work with. I only gave 4 Stars due to the fact that my parts for my car will not be in for three weeks. Obviously, that is not Bennett’s fault. I was very appreciative of the nice loaner that I received up until the point we discovered how long it would take. I also like The fact that Nalley Lexus Roswell will come pick up my car when it’s ready next time!

Good friendly service.

The service is always 5 star, and my service guy Mo is always beyond awesome.
