My Service Advisor, Bennett, is really great to work with. I only gave 4 Stars due to the fact that my parts for my car will not be in for three weeks. Obviously, that is not Bennett’s fault. I was very appreciative of the nice loaner that I received up until the point we discovered how long it would take. I also like The fact that Nalley Lexus Roswell will come pick up my car when it’s ready next time!
