Always treated well while the car is being serviced. The car is well maintained as expected by the Lexus name.

Service and technical assistance was knowledgeable and professional. But, The Lexus 350 screen is NOT user friendly. To have to pay a monthly fee for a simple map view is insulting when EVERY other car Mfgr on the planet has this as a standard feature

As always, the customer service was excellent, 5 stars PLUS! Doh Pak is the epitome of customer service and a huge asset to Lexus. He has taken care of me for almost 10 years now and is the reason that I purchased another Lexus. The most recent example - I needed an oil change before i went out of town and had a small window of time before I had to leave. Doh had my car serviced and ready in less than one hour, as promised. I was also able to get a yummy coffee for the road. Lexus will have me as a customer for life!
