I had terrible experience with service technicians as I received my car with oil marks and front panel was not installed properly. However, Mr. Rubin and Mr. Kevin were great and took care of issues and got them fixed. Only thing is, I had to go back to service center multiple times.

Staff was friendly and efficient, I was in and out.

I have been coming to Nalley Lexus for about 13 or more years, for my 3 lexus vehicles. Will Gallagher has been my service rep the entire time. He is always professional and knowledgeable, and I trust what he tells me. Lexus takes very good care of my car. My only issue was when I came in, the car wash was down, and they were supposed to vacuum my car, which did not get done.

Will does a great job keeping his clients informed with what is needed to be done to maintain their vehicle.
