Staff was friendly and efficient, I was in and out.

I have been coming to Nalley Lexus for about 13 or more years, for my 3 lexus vehicles. Will Gallagher has been my service rep the entire time. He is always professional and knowledgeable, and I trust what he tells me. Lexus takes very good care of my car. My only issue was when I came in, the car wash was down, and they were supposed to vacuum my car, which did not get done.

Will does a great job keeping his clients informed with what is needed to be done to maintain their vehicle.
