I had been in to have my car serviced last week. One of my complaints was the "tapping" noise in the center of my engine. It was addressed while I was there, and a tube was replaced, but my service adviser, Mo, told me that if I heard the tapping again, to just come on over. I heard it again, drove in (without an appointment), and Mo helped me right away. He got a service tech involved and my issue was again addressed. The tech added a small amount of Freon, and I no longer hear the tapping noise. I truly hope it lasts this time. But I wanted to say that Mo has been outstanding and I will ask for him every time I come in.
