Met Kevin, as soon as I walked in. I knew the used Rx I wanted to see, as I have been watching websites for weeks for the right fit. Kevin was very polite, friendly, and knowledged in the Lexus brand. It was a smooth transaction. I needed to come back the following morn to close the transaction I committed to on my 1st visit. Kevin actually picked me up from my brothers home. The dealership is a beautiful place, very impressive. Everyone I met was very friendly, it gave me alot of confidence in Nalley, and am looking forward to driving my 1st Lexus for many years.
