We must give Vic a high five! He brought us a loaner and retrieved it after work was done on one of our two Lexus’s. He is the nicest , most knowledgeable guy...hope we get him next time we need work done on our cars! Brandi tried her hardest to get us a loaner brought to us a week when a lot of people were sick. She was a bit stressed but followed thru. Good job team!
