Mo is awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and on time. He even came in on his day off to make sure the car was ready at 7:30 am for us to take a lacrosse trip out of state.

The technician(s) did an excellent job finding and reporting the previously unknown safety issues that needed resolved. Everything found has been resolved and we are back on the road with renewed confidence in the condition of the car.

My 2019 ES 350 is my first Lexus. Prior, I owned Mercedes (300E) and Jaguar (XJR and XKR). Consequently, I have experienced 3 brand dealerships while living in metro Atlanta. After driving 25,000 miles, I have no complaints about my ES 350 and after having had several service appointments, I have no complaints about Nalley Lexus Roswell. Each service appointment has been fast and efficient. I have always waited on my car and worked comfortably in the lounge area. I have minimum wear in both tires and brakes, a far difference from my Mercedes and Jaguars after 25,000 miles. My Lexus is fully equipped with the Ultra Luxury Package and I have had no maintenance or quality issues. In every sense, Lexus and Nalley are deserving of a '5 Star' rating.
