There is a very comfortable waiting area, with a snack bar.I actually met a friend there by accident. We got a wonderful visit,so the time went by very fast, while waiting for my 5000mile check up.

Calling centers do not know the backlog or real wait time for service. If scheduling jammed in, loaners not available for shopping or a meal because other customers got them. Otherwise, all else is fine.
