The service was great, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman on the service lane. Then had a drink and snack at the cafe. I was seen my service advisor Mo Berry, he did a excellent job. I was offered a ride or a loaner car. And also was offered the car be delivered. I didn't need those services, but it was great to know that they was available to me. Nalley Lexus spoil there customers.
