Mo did a good job of customer service. You should make sure proper envelopes are there for night dropoffs. Also the construction made it very hard to get to the dropoff slot.

I’m asked to review Nalley Lexus every time I take one of our vehicles in for service, and I should probably bookmark my response because it’s always the same...I get consistently excellent service from a professional staff who never tries to sell me on additional service I don’t require. The facilities are comfortable as well. Nalley is why we ended up trading our BMW for a Lexus, and when it was time to trade our last Lexus, it was a no-brainer, we got a newer model because of Nalley’s Service Deprtment.
