The service advisor I was assigned did a great job. My only real concern - and this has happened the last 3 times I’ve come there for service - is that I’ve had to wait 25-30 minutes (after checking in on time for a scheduled service appointment) before the service advisor came to bring me to his/her office to initiate the service visit. The wait time shouldn’t be that long; ten minutes should be the target... Thanks.
