My car was taken back to service department as soon as I arrived. I enjoyed 2 cups of cappuccino that Nalley provides while we wait. Brandi checked on me midway & then called me to her office to go over the service with me. All went smoothly as usual

Will has been my service advisor for years. Even though my warranty has been out for sometime now, and I could probably get my car fixed at other places for less money, the service I received at Nally, and specifically with Will, has kept me coming back . My last 2 cars I have bought from Nally lexus. You are only as good as your people. I was really surprised at the price, $1200, to change for spark plugs changed oil and rotate tires. I know they checked a lot of other stuff but this is all they really did. I’ll have to rethink coming back for more service because I can’t afford it
