Had a minor recall situation that was handled seamlessly. They provided a nice loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. I felt that Nalley Lexus appreciated me as a customer.

My car was taken back to service department as soon as I arrived. I enjoyed 2 cups of cappuccino that Nalley provides while we wait. Brandi checked on me midway & then called me to her office to go over the service with me. All went smoothly as usual
