Very professional and kept me updated through the whole processs. There was an issue with a recall download system went down apparently but they kept me updated until it was completed. This was my first service on my 2017 RCF I bought used.

My service experience was excellent. Once it was determined that it would be a while for my car to be finished I was immediately offered a loaner. I was impressed by this because with my last car, Acura never had loaners available for days so I would always have to wait and spend my day in the dealership.
