Service was great but I hate reviewing. Nalley puts the customer in the position of being your HR department. I hate that. Your company has such a high rate of employee turnover that I suspect you are a crappy company to work for!

Technician finally heard the clunking noise and said he reprogrammed the transition. My service advisor did a great job getting me in a loaner car as the repair took a couple of days. I still have a noise coming from under my car that needs to be addressed.
