Another excellent service visit at Nallye Lexus. I've worked with Doh a number of times now, and he's very friendly, communicative and efficient. I appreciate the way Doh (and others I've worked with) give me clear expectations on timing, and if something takes longer than planned they let me know quickly. The lounge area is clean and complimentary snacks and beverages are appreciated. Thanks for a great experience.

Always receive A staff of courteous and very experienced people. You are always well inform when waiting for your vehicle. Also, the only place I know that your car always comes out washed! This is a very nice touch!

Max is the BEST service advisor! Initially, I was serviced at another Lexus dealership which quoted a service that wasn’t necessary and Max saved me a few hundred dollars; Max’s has converted me to a Nalley customer for life!

Everything went well. Brandi listened to my questions and had the service department take extra steps in providing some changes. The tire pressure was checked to meet the needs of the changing weather. However, the tire pressure light did come on as I drove out of the service tunnel. I'm just trusting that is a malfunction of the light.

Had to bring car in for gps recall I made two different appointment as I was promised a rental car on each , cancelled 1st appt they didn’t have a rental car.ade another appointment & 30 before appointment they text that they didn’t have rental car but had already Left home so just had to wait 2-1/2 hrs while the ly fixed are.
