My husband and I visited Nalley Lexus on the rainiest, and busiest, day of the year. We were very lucky to have Rodrigo Sanchez as our salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable of GX460 and was able to answer all of our questions. In addition to this, he was kind enough to show us two vehicles, both of which he had to run out into the pouring rain to bring to us in the garage. He got soaked on multiple occasions and was still happy to help us out throughout the process. He was very professional and friendly. He made our car buying experience easy.
