Service was good. My first 5000 mile was performed in just about 45 minutes. Initially I just had to wait in the lounge for almost 15-20 minutes before my service manager arrived to see me. Other than this all went well.

Staff addressed our co ncerns over sustained damage to the airconditionet. The replacement was done quickly and damage was shown professionally to the instance staff.
