I’ve been to the dealership on a number of occasions, but my last visit with my new service advisor (Max) was awesome. He took the time to make sure I clearly understood everything that was being done to my vehicle and he provided excellent guidance for future services!!

MOHAMMED BARRY took my wife and back to the days when REAL customer service was enjoyed by all..He treated us as if we were VIP valued customers..And we are!!The Gs 350 is our third Lexus, and we will continue to invest in Lexus as long as Continues to Invest in customer service..I already have 1 son who is committed to buying Lexus...if you keep this type of service up...you will have my 3 other sons as FUTURE BUYERS..THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE...
