As always, the service was awesome from the valet to my service advisor Do Pak. I have been coming to Nalley Lexus since i moved here 8 years ago from alabama. Nalley certainly beats Tom Williams Lexus in Alabama. I have two Lexus that i service there. Nalley is the bestest

I have mixed feelings about the work done in my truck but one thing is always true and consistent is the service that David Fazio gives me each and every time I come in. He has always been polite, professional and courteous. Also the service that I get when I go over to get a courteous car has always been excellent. I can’t remember the young man that assisted me in my last visit in getting a courtesy car but he went above and beyond, he was super awesome and David is super awesome. Thanks for a wonderful experience guys.

Great experience

The service response was very good. But, as I told the advisor, I paid $60,000+ for a luxury SUV that came from the factory with a $50 battery. Reliability is my top priority in a vehicle, and this one failed miserably ... stranded by a dead battery in a 3.5 year old vehicle.

Doh Pak and the entire staff are kind, courteous, and take pride in helping their customers leave happy with safe cars.

Hasan was a great salesperson. I was happy with all of it other than the fact that I had NO IDEA I was being charged a $599 dealer fee. I admit to have missed it on the itemized bill beneath the Georgia taxes line; however, no one ever discussed this charge with me. They should have. I would not have willingly agreed to pay that amount.
