Sales was a breeze. Rodrigo was great to work with. He got me everything I wanted in a new car. The financial part was smooth until (I believe his name was Rob or Ron) continually “attempted” to sell me an extended warranty from Lexus. I let me give me the sales pitch because I didn’t want to be rude, and I stopped him about 7 minutes in. I told him politely no. But after that he kept on and on, this went on for another 15 minutes and I was getting irritated. I told him no 5 TIMES. Even after I signed off that I was declining the warranty he looks at me and says “You know, I can go back and clear your signature if you want to sign up”. I think he pushed so mush because I am younger and a female. It really irritated me. It left a bad taste in my mouth and ruined the entire experience. I don’t do well with the dirty car sales man pitch. I avoid these situations completely-which is why I choose Nalley Lexus. Someone should talk with him. It was over the top and he wouldn’t let up. I won’t recommend Nalley Lexus to anyone because of his actions.
