Overall, a good experience. Sal D'Amico was a pleasure to work with as was Jason Alston. Working with the Finance Department & Rod Eshanov, was not an enjoyable experience. Main elements we did not like was that he continued attempting to sell us various warranties, even when we stated we were not interested. Was very persistent. In my opinion, the various warranty options should be presented by the Sales person, not the Finance department. Additionally, he moved very fast through the paperwork and requesting our signatures. We were so drained at this point, we just signed and assumed everything was legitimate. From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we left with the car, it was a four hour process! If we would have known this in advance, we would have scheduled the Finance piece and actually picking up the car on two different days. On a related note, there was a paint blemish on the hood and the car ended up being in the body shop for a week to repair.

Car taken in on time, work requested done, car returned at scheduled time. No complaints.

The service provided by nalley Lexus of Roswell IS the best I have ever seen . From there operation set up to the way the customers are treated is first class. My service advisor Cameron Lee was excellent , he work with me to get my vehicle taken care of the right way. Even thought it’s over 60 miles from my home to the center it was well worth the drive.

I came in for a car wash. The valet came to the car immediately, was polite and respectful as well as careful when he took my keys and car. And, he was smiling!
