The service advisor Miguel is awesome! I give him 5 stars but it is hard to get a loaner car in this location. I tried to call to get a loaner car in Roswell since Wednesday but either no one picked up my phone or they told me they can not guarantee to get it for me. I called this morning and service department told me I should call 3 hours ahead of time to reserve it! But I finally got a loaner car because Miguel helped me.

As a recent widow, I must admit that I was a tad nervous about purchasing a car on my own, but Jim Roberts’ easy personality immediately put me at ease….I felt like I had known him for years! He guided me throughout the entire process explaining all the new “bells and whistles” and making me feel comfortable with my decision. Since then, he has reached out several times to make sure all is going well with the car and if I had any questions. I couldn’t ask for a more professional experience….Jim was recommended to me and I will recommend him to others!
