Excellent service as always from Will Gallagher and the Lexus team. You do a very good job of keeping my car running well and looking good. Really appreciate the nice interior upgrades done at no cost --- arm rests and interior dask item that we part of recall .

The Service Rep was very nice, however, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service department. I had my vehicle serviced in January, when I had my 20,000 mile service done in September it was discovered that TWO items that should have been fixed in January were not. This resulted in the appointment taking longer than the agreed upon time, the recall could not be performed and my car was not cleaned as a result.
