I stopped in to see if someone could take a Quick look underneath my new Lexus as I had accidently run over a ladder on the highway. (That had blown off a truck !). I had no appointment but they were able to work me in fairly quickly. Luckily, they found no damage and charged me nothing for the inspection and returned it to me washed and cleaned inside. Now that’s amazing service!

Good time with Jorden. He is very professional.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Brandi Maday made it such a positive experience, from start to finish. Her knowledge base, professionalism and people skills are outstanding. I can't imagine a better service manager.

My initial greeting upon arrival was pleasant and professional. They were aware of my appointment and seated me right away. Tara and the other associates gave me updated progress and even offered me a loaner vehicle if needed. They made sure I was a satisfied customer.

Constant communication from all service personnel was exceptional.
