Brought my Lexus GX-460 for 40K mile checkup. I received a beautiful RX-350 loaner. Work was done in the allotted time. My service advisor kept me informed all along the way.

My service manager was great. My car was not fully cleaned when returned., however. The car is usually vacuumed but was not this time.
