Service rep was great. Service great even though it was not finished the same day. Do not like the texts/emails saying over $1000 worth of repairs needed urgent attention when only one of those items was critical...so very impersonal. Would have been received news much differently if the service rep had called to explain. Brandy was very good about diminishing my anxiety after I called for an explanation, but the majority of them were not at all critical.
