I just had my 2008 gx470 in for service. I also service my 2017 es350 there. I moved here 8 years ago from Alabama. Tom Williams Lexus use to service my vehicle there. Nalley Lexus far exceeds the service level provided by Tom Williams. From the valet, to my service advisor Do Pak, to my salesman, Jim Roberts, everything is truly remarkable. .
