AC was intermittently blowing out hot air when on air, uncontrollable with blower or temp.Compressor and clutch replaced and was told car was ready. I drove for 10 minutes or so and increased temp since it was on low and again hotair and returned to Roswell Lexus.

I had potential issue that was analyzed by mechanic and needed another day to get needed part so I was provided a loaner carEverything was good

We requested that our new Lexus have a tow hitch installed on it. Unfortunately, we were told it could not be done at the time of factory assembly and had to be done after the fact. After waiting several weeks, the service was finally performed but unfortunately, the hitch is NOT standard and is too small for what we need to attach. We were never informed there was more than one size option and have not had this issue with our past two cars.
