We requested that our new Lexus have a tow hitch installed on it. Unfortunately, we were told it could not be done at the time of factory assembly and had to be done after the fact. After waiting several weeks, the service was finally performed but unfortunately, the hitch is NOT standard and is too small for what we need to attach. We were never informed there was more than one size option and have not had this issue with our past two cars.

Brought in my GX-460 for 10,000 mile service. Everything handled very efficiently, in and out in an hour.

Everything was handled , mechanics were pro-active on catching some potential issues ahead of time.
