Nalley Lexus Roswell Service was overall very good. They were clear and upfront with pricing and were able to partner with me in replacing a failed battery under its warranty (we both went in 50% on the cost of the battery). Vehicle was returned back to me very clean and with good mechanical workmanship upon my personal inspection. There was an issue when they sent our vehicle thru the carwash where the windshield wiper broke, but they stepped up and replaced both front wipers with brand new Lexus wipers! Bonus points for that! The ONLY reason this wasn't a 5-star review is because it took them 2 hours (from the time the vehicle was taken to the shop bay til it was returned to me) to perform the battery replacement (a 5-minute job at your local parts store). If there was more going on during that timeframe, I would have liked to know so I wouldn't be sitting wondering for an extra 90 minutes.

I believe your service costs are too high. Labor costs is the issue

I didn’t have an appointment, but when my tire pressure light came on I went to Nalley Lexus service department. They took my car right away, inspected it and repaired my tires. There were 3 tires with nails in them. Their service team is always fantastic.
