I did not have an appointment but the service was timely and handled with the normal focus on customer service. Arnold, my Service Mgr was excellent. He works hard to make me, as a customer, feel valued. This is the second time I have worked with him and he is certainly as asset to Nalley Lexus. I have had to buy 3 tires in less than a month (not from wear but damage from potholes, nails, etc) and your service and team certainly helped make a painful situation less stressful. Friends ask why I still take my car to the dealer for service - Lexus quality and service is why. Thank you and thank Arnold with the difficult last name!!

I went to Brandy without a appointment due to nail in tire and having to go to work ASAP. She took me right in got tire looked at and washed my car in under 40 minutes. She went above to get my problem solved.

As always, my experience at Nalley was excellent. The service team is always polite and thoural when communicating results and recommendations of any service that was performed or recommended.

My sales advisor Camron took care of me extremely well! He was attentive advised on what needed to be repaired and placed me in a rental until the work was complete and i returned from my business trip ! Thanks Cameron
