Working with Will Gallagher was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely informative and exactly understood my needs. Even though I've used Nalley Lexus Service in the past, this visit was the first time I've used Nalley Lexus to do a service on my current Lexus. With that being the case they had no record of any past service performed on the vehicle therefore the multipoint check was performed using history, of which there was none, and said there was over $5000 of service that needed to be performed immediately. Knowing all of the alleged noted service items had been completed I refused all. What bothers me is I now keep getting dunned by email that these services still need to be performed. I disagree with this practice especially since I know all alleged service items have been done or corrected.

I had a very long wait - 4 hours- for service on my car, but Brandy was attentive and expedited the service as best she could. It was worth the wait. The service technicians had my car driving like new and I appreciated their expertise.
