This was my third trip to repair/replace center console with no-stock parts; however, Brandi Mayday scheduled me in on the third appearance to handle the repair quickly. Took awhile but pleased with result.

Not the all-around pleasant experience that my service visits normally are. It took longer to get the parts for my car than promised, didn't get a call back from my service advisor in a timely manner (but I think that could have been my fault). Just a bit frustrated this time. In the end, all has been taken care of. I still think Brandi Maday does a great job!
