Fast service! I was in and out in all but 15 min. I dropped car off and received a loaner. My service advisor Mo, was outstanding. He kept me updated on my car and was flexible with me. Thanks Nalley Lexus!!!

I was in lexus a week ago and bought a NX 300, I was very impressed with the excellent service. It had already been in several dealerships but lexus it’s definitely the best ! super recommend!

The service I received from the service advisor was outstanding. Not having been there before, I was not familiar with the coffee bar and what it made available to customers - that would have been nice to know. I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed before being returned to me, it was washed (obviously not by hand) but it was not vacuumed. This was disappointing, but I do realized those services are complimentary.
