Nalley made the repair experience seemless

Service was excellent. The personnel was friendly, knowledge and respectful. The service coordinator arrange d a loaner car without my request because she was aware the service was going to take some time. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and concern about my time.

The staff were warm and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with my experience at Nalley Lexus. I believe Bob and Jason did everything they could to work with me to get me the car I wanted. They never gave up trying even though it took some negotiating. I appreciate their willingness to work within my boundaries. I also appreciate their follow up afterwards, making sure I was happy with my purchase.
