Experience at Nalley's was excellent.. As usual!

Up until this weekend, I had never bought a car in my life, so I had heard all the horror stories, but Nalley Lexus of Roswell was able to disprove them. Specifically, Ilya Z., made this experience unbelievable and was extremely knowledgeable on all of the Lexus models. He even answered all of my “dumb questions” and did so with a smile and no judgement. At no point did I feel like he was pushing me towards a certain vehicle and I was still able to leave with a car that makes me smile ear-to-ear every time I see it. In addition to the car selection process being extremely enjoyable, Yazmin in finance provided amazing help as well. Being the guy that I am, I had not allocated enough time and was close to running late for a previously scheduled event, Yazmin saved the day and got me set up with extremely reasonable finance terms and I was on my way. The best thing is, they have continued their amazing customer service and Ilya reached out to me to see how I was enjoying the car and also helped me out with a detailing issue. Needless to say, I am not only going to be a Lexus customer for life, but a Nalley Lexus of Roswell customer for life too. Driving was always a necessity to me, but now that I have my GS350, I am starting to think driving may become more of a hobby. Cannot confirm, nor deny, that I have “accidently” forgotten a few items of the grocery list these past few days. Thank you to the entire team there, it was an unreal experience!

I am a returning Nalley Lexus customer and have been very satisfied with my past experience from a sales through service since 2012. I love that the buying experience is informative, consultative and accommodating. I never felt pressured through the process. I also shopped price with other dealers and felt that I got the best deal locally. Not sure I could ever buy from another dealer - or another brand!
