I had a wonderful experience. I brought my IS-250 that had a door ding. I was very concerned that a patch place would be noticeable, but it turned out beautifully. I also got some maintenance done at the same time. I also enjoy working with David Fazio. He is professional, knowledgeable, and super nice to work with.

We were impressed with our salesman’s quality of time, experience and ability to educate us on the vehicle we were considering purchasing. His follow up after the sale was also exceptional.

I had two items of work done, one by the main service department, the other by the body shop. The main service department was excellent in that the problem was property diagnosed and repaired on time and on budget. The body shop experience was not that good. Although the quality of the work was fine, the cost was higher than estimated, it took a very long time and I did not get a very clear, understandable explanation of the problems.
