Last time I was there, they had forgotten to torque the nut for my oil pan and there was quite a mess in my garage and driveway, plus I had to come back again before they had closed so they could fix it and clean it up. Last time, they really did not do much to help assist with the situation other than providing the oil cleanup material but the service provider heard about the situation and was very concerned about how it transpired. As I had checked out, she had provided a credit for my oil change for my troubles. Her service was well above my expectations.
