Excellent service, as always.

The service was the best I have ever had anywhere. I was given a number by text from my service representative so we could communicate the entire time my car was being worked on. I was also seated at a window where I could see my car being worked on. I was given progress reports the entire time. When something needed my approval I was sent a text and told how much extra it would take—money & time. It was an excellent experience.
