Service was GREAT!!!!!

I have an issue with the fact that I received a coupon for a discounted oil change. I was advised that the offer only applied to the express service and not the full service of changing the oil, rotating the tires and checking the fluids. So instead of paying $69, I paid $166 for everything. I brought my wife's car in to specifically receive this offer before January ended and was told the coupon did not apply.
