This is our 4th Lexus. We first stepped out of the rain and Sal was nice enough to hold the door and offer us snacks. We test drove a couple of vehicles and pretty much had our hearts on the RX 350 (2nd one we owned). Dealt with Clay from there on to the finishing of the deal. Great service. Steven was a great saleman and provide excellent service. Nalley team really went above and beyond for me to experience my car before deciding to purchase. Steven was not pushy at all, he encourage me to take the vehicle out for a test drive, even when the vehicle was deep in the show room. They did not mind moving all the vehicle out of the show room so I could test drive my car on the road, they actually encouraged me to that when I said I was fine driving a similar model.
