First class!!

I came in to have my tire pressure checked. I indicated upon arrival that I only had 60 minutes and was told my car should be ready in 45 minutes. After 55 minutes my car had not been looked at and nobody notified me that my car woul not be ready on time. I had to speak with the manager who quickly had my car serviced.

Pam Knowles is the best! I only work with her and she’s the reason I continually come back to get my car serviced with Lexus

We agreed on a price and it was taken care of in a matter of a few hours.

This is the second consecutive time I have has to wait over two hours for routine service after scheduling online. Seems that the online scheduling should be able to help control the service department's time management. My customer service manager comp-ed the charge which is why I gave four stars instead of three.

My service appointment was on time and as expected. My Service Agent is always very professional and informative. Pam in the loaner department is always very friendly and helpful!
