Offer BETTER DISCOUNTS for loyal customers. A 10% discount is not a discount that acceptable, 20% would be more of a valued customers appreciation especially for major work! There are other places that specializes in foreign services that offers 35% off.

The efficient and professional assistance from the Nalley staff was greatly appreciated! I had been running errands and after stopping for dinner, my car would not start. State Farm towed it from the restaurant to Nalley Automotive that evening. The following morning, I received a call around 7:15AM, advising my car was safely in possession and I would be advised of the issue at hand as soon as possible. Fortunately, the problem was remedied with a battery replacement. We went ahead with a full diagnostic to be sure everything else was running properly, changed the oil, filters, rotated the tires, and washed the car. It was ready for pick up by 1:00PM! The car is a delight to drive, and this ( young at heart ) senior is confident with the service of each individual involved with receiving, repairing and returning my Lexus!
