Great service as always

The service experience was excellent and performed a day faster than I expected.

Found the car I wanted on line. Called and set a time after I got off work, to have my car appraised, and look at the car I wanted to buy. Two hours later, I drove out with a complementary full tank of gas. This is the second Lexus I have bought from Nalley Lexus in Roswell. Both experiences have been excellent.

Service was excellent but slow.

Brandy McMillan is an excellent service rep. I started with her way back in 2007 when we bought our first Lexus. I am glad she has returned. She is professional, conscientious, and takes the time to explain things.

Before I had the opportunity to put the vehicle in park, there was a knocking on the window. A young lady wanted to know my name and who I needed to see. Less than 5 minutes later Service Advisor Brandy McMillian greeted me and went over the work that would be done during this visit. Prior to my visit, I had sent several emails to Brandy regarding some concerns. She always answered in less than an hour! The 20,000 mile service took a little over an hour. Brandy went over the work that had been done and the Technicians comments. The vehicle had been cleaned and looked great. I informed Brandy that I would see her again at 25,000 miles.

Brandi did an excellent job and was very professional.
