Austin has been speedy in any response! I just bought a used L certified Lexus with some minor fix ups. He was always responsive on text. I'm assuming Eric is his mechanic and he worked on my seatbelt, replaced my back arm rest panel cover and tightened up my sunroof insulator looking thing! I'll be back for my screen to be replaced under warranty and I'm sure that will go just as smoothly as the previous fixes!

The salesman was very helpful, not pushy and enjoyable to work with. The gentleman I worked with in Financing my vehicle purchase was new and he was very nice but, needs further training regarding his job. I was the one who recommended a particular lender that I had researched the night before to find the best rates. I believe the difference in rates were like 6% plus and my recommendation was 4.55%. Had I not done the work myself for 45 minutes the night before then I would of course be paying more. My credit score was 875 so bad credit was not the issue. I believe once he is properly trained then he will be an Excellent Employee.

I always have a great visit with my service advisor Will Gallagher. He is very organized and provides all the necessary feedback I need upon arrival and throughout my wait time. I appreaciate great customer service and always feel good when I leave. So I appreciate Will's effort and time in making everything pleasant.
