The progress site was very disappointing. It showed my car was in in inspection for over an hour. When I told Brandi, she investigated and found out it was almost through the service and not in inspection anymore.

The technicians were great but our issue with rattles has not been fixed because it didn't occur on the drive around.The rattle continues to drive us crazy, but the technician cannot be expected to fix a rattle that doesn't occur when we have the vehicle at your location.We'll come again at another time. This type of issue should not be occurring on a $60k vehicle
