Excellent customer service, returns calls even when closed, transaction went smoothly with representative named Mr Armand Ngabe, also the closing manager Mr El Rico was very friendly and sourced for better rate for me. I will recommend Nalley Lexus of Roswell to friends and family.

The technicians were great but our issue with rattles has not been fixed because it didn't occur on the drive around.The rattle continues to drive us crazy, but the technician cannot be expected to fix a rattle that doesn't occur when we have the vehicle at your location.We'll come again at another time. This type of issue should not be occurring on a $60k vehicle
