Great service

Came in for scheduled maintenance. Asked about sticky door handles during hot weather. Told they will be replace for free. What a service beyond my expectations.

There is entirely to much paper work and consumption of time for a cash transaction .

Service remains on the slower than acceptable side......anybody listening?

The first time I made appointment with your service department, the advisor did not even come in to say hello. I decided not to go back. However since Mo has been helping all is well.. I think the other advisor should be repremended. Thank you
