Excellent and thorough service

I had an incredible experience at my last service visit. My one-year old was asleep while I was there, so my service advisor brought everything to me so I wouldn’t have to move and disturb the baby. Everyone was nice and helpful, and I was very pleased.

Very timely response, kept me informed. Very generous with the loaner vehicle. Found the problem and fixed it without "suggesting" things, (especially since I keep my vehicle well maintained), that didn't need repair like some auto shops do. Felt confident in them. Very pleased.

I brought my car to get a 40,000 mile service. The service was completed in a timely manner while I had a cup of coffee and enjoyed reading in the lounge. All the people I came in contact with was friendly and professional.
