Nalley Lexus is always a class act. Service is done quickly and I am informed on the process. I trust the recommendations that are made. The waiting area is clean and neat, coffee bar is great.

Mo is a great Service Technician and a really great guy. I’ve known him since he was a Valet at Nalley Lexus Roswell. So great to see him mature into his current role. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up a Manager someday!

My attendant was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of my car. Was not pushy about services that I did not really need. I was in and out after making my appointment just earlier that day.
