Everyone was great. Edward was very helpful. I greatly appreciate the friends and family discount. I did feel pressure to purchase the extended warranty which I did. It was never explained to me, the actual cost or the program itself at all. The day after, i looked at the paper work it states that i have a warranty for 72years! I felt very rushed to make this decision. It's my fault for not asking more questions but my nonverbal Autistic grandson was starting to get very agitated. Thanks for everything
